Alfredo A. Garibay García
Experience in Civil, Commercial, Administrative and Family Litigation, in patrimonial controversies of Criminal Law, as well as in real estate matters and their regulation.
A partner of the firm for 20 years, he holds a law degree from Universidad La Salle, a Master's degree in Constitutional Law and is a candidate for a Doctorate in Law, the latter from Universidad Marista.
Alfredo has a professional career of 30 years and has worked in one of the best law firms in Mexico, Basham, Ringe & Correa, and has been a participant in the legal-litigation area of retail companies such as Grupo Martí and Sabormex where he acquired extensive experience in civil, commercial, administrative and family litigation, in patrimonial controversies of the criminal order, as well as in real estate matters and their regulation.
Luis G. Ortiz Mateos
Experience in Corporate Law, Contracts, Compliance, Tax Law, Real Estate, Regulatory and Administrative Law and Litigation.
Partner of the firm since 2022, he holds a Law Degree from the University Nacional Autónoma de México, Campus City Universitaria, a Specialist in Civil and Commercial Litigation Law, as well as a Master's Degree in Business Law, both from the Universidad Panamericana, bilingual, and a Diploma in Translation of Legal Texts from the School of Law.
Luis has a 30-year career as a lawyer and has served as Legal Director in companies such as Grupo Martí, Grupo Jumex, as well as an associate in Basham, Ringe y Correa and various positions in Telcel and the Tax Administration Service, so he has extensive experience in Corporate Law, Contracts, Compliance, Tax Law, Real Estate, Regulatory and Administrative Law and Litigation.
